To MAIL your order, please print the order form (or any sheet of paper will do).
Just Make sure you write legibly, and indicate what items you want (the format, t-shirt size, etc.). Remember to include the shipping/handling (S & H) charge . The shipping rates are listed below. Remember to enclose payment (payable to METAL MUSIC DISTRIBUTION).

-If you are sending cash, you are doing so at your own risk (we recommend that you register/certify/insure your letter).
LOW COST
We do our best to keep our prices competitive, and in many cases you will find they are better than your local store (that is, if you have one). We’ve lowered the prices again on hundreds of titles. Our friends outside Florida will save by not having to pay state sales tax. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid the tax for Florida resident headbangers.
